Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged at the full session fee.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and exceptions may be made at my discretion in cases of genuine emergencies or other reasonable circumstances.
