I was so inspired by this that in 2006 I commenced training in Health Kinesiology to qualify as a practitioner.
Since qualifying I've completed additional training in modalities such as Touch for Health, Practice Management, Interpersonal Skills, Anatomy and Physiology, 5 Element Nutrition for Kinesiologists, and Accessing Powers of the Extraordinary Channels (APEC).
I also studied Dr Usui Reiki, attaining 18th Degree Grand Master and Teacher status. This has enabled me to tune into more subtle Earth and Universal energies, allowing me to clear and transmute energies in a person's energy system, as well as geopathic stress (Earth stresses) and disturbances.
I'm passionate about what I do, and I'm still amazed by the feedback clients give after they've had a session. What I particularly love is how each session is tailored to the individual client - what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another.
The person's body system always guides as to what needs to be done.
It remains my goal to empower and support others through this amazing treatment, so they can achieve their own wellness goals.

I came into Health Kinesiology through being a client. I found it not only had a profound effect upon my health, but it also changed my outlook and beliefs - the things which were holding me back. What was most surprising is that I didn't know these things were unconsciously running the show.
My Health Kinesiologist helped me to look at things differently through muscle testing and determined what exactly I needed. This opened the door to allow me to make healthy changes, new choices, and better decisions.
